HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Navigate the store with the (SHOES, CLOTHES, NEW IN) links provided at the top of the page or 
enter a search term in the box provided at top right of the page to find a particular item.
Once you have found the item, select a size and click "ADD TO CART".
You may review the items in your cart by clicking on "MY CART" at top right corner of page.Or continue shopping to add more items to cart.
When you are ready to make a purchase, click on "CHECK OUT" button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP? 
No you don't have to. You may check out as a guest, however we would encourage you to set up an account to accumulate spending and receive member benefits!

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are unable to cancel orders unfortunately. Pls check and review your order before confirming payment. However, if you wish to modify the size of an item, pls email customercare@styledasher.com with your order number within 2 hours.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS? 
We accept most major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) via Paypal.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
When checking out, simply input the promo code in the "Order Summary" page. Click on apply and the benefits tied to that promo code will be applied instantly. Do take note that Promo code field is case sensitive and usually only valid for a specified promotional period.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
We offer various shipping methods (local & international), kindly refer to "Shipping & Delivery" for more information.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ITEM?
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If in any event you are dissatisfied with fit or size, you may opt to exchange to another size (subject to availability).
Returns and exchanges for online purchases may only be returned via mail to our warehouse.
In-store returns for online orders will not be accepted. 
Items bought on Sale or on promotional offer are strictly not eligible for exchange or return.

WHAT IS A BACKORDER ITEM?
Backorder is an advance order of item that is currently not in stock and pending to be restocked. Payment for the item is collected at the point of order. A backorder item may arrive within 1 - 3 weeks, however please allow delays due to unforeseen circumstances. 

WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Yes, from time to time we may restock certain products and sizes. You may check back on availability or contact through the link on product page to be notified about restock.
