Exchanges & Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with fit or size, you may like to exchange for another size (subject to availability).

We apologize if you have received an incorrect or defective merchandise.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Merchandise returned must be in original brand new condition with tags intact, unwashed, unworn and in saleable condition.
Receipt and proof of purchase must be available.
Shoe returns must be accompanied with the original shoebox.
Items bought on Sale or on promotional offers are strictly not eligible for exchange or return

POSTAL RETURN
Kindly email our Customer Care team for returns procedure and send the item back only after you have received a return confirmation email. 
You may mail the merchandise to our warehouse within 10 days of your order invoice. 

STORE RETURN
Kindly email our Customer Care team for store returns procedure.
You may return the item in store only after you have received a return confirmation email.

Store returns must be received within 10 days of your order invoice.

STORE CREDITS
If exchanged item is unavailable in requested size, a store credit will be issued.
Store credits may only be used online and is non-transferrable.
Validity is for 30 days and may not be extended.  

PROCESSING
We will email you once your return or exchange is processed.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are non-refundable. If we are unable to process an exchange for you, a store credit will be issued. We thank you for your trust and understanding.
